Bill has lived in Milford since 1994 and comes into the real estate business after 35 years in corporate engineering and operations management. His passion is in real estate investments and has owned and operated several income properties since 1985. He has also developed skills in the construction field after building two houses, one in Milford, and renovating many of his income properties over the years.
A father of four kids he saw them grow up actively participating in the local athletic programs, he worked with the Milford schoolteachers through his kids studies and he watched them become successful young adults because of what Southern NH has to offer. He has been actively involved in the Manchester, Nashua and Milford areas with business, real estate, landlord associations and local non-profit organizations to know the ins and outs of our local communities.
Bill has done well with his real estate investments and now that he is semi-retired, wants to help others as well. We live in time where many people are living paycheck to paycheck and retirement is not in many people’s plans.
